Well, I picked one of these up in time for NJ NAM to test it in the heat, only to have the coolest-temperatured NAM in the 3 years I've gone...

Regardless, I love these shirts! The zip-pockets up in the upper arm area are great for securely holding car keys or cash for paint, the pre-sewn velcro for team and personal patches makes things very convenient as well. And the plus is that with the comfortable under-armour-like torso section, you don't have can elmininate a layer and stay cool in the heat without losing your camo concealment, as opposed to wearing a t-shirt with a BDU jacket over it, or having to ditch the BDU jacket and rock just a t-shirt because of the heat.

The ONLY thing I'd have liked out of this shirt that it doesn't have is a little bit of shoulder padding to reduce shoulder soreness from wearing a tactical vest.

Since these come in a wide variety of patterns and colors, and don't cost much more than a BDU jacket, I highly recommend them for spring and summer use to help avoid overheating. Plus, they look pretty badass!
