Well On Target is most likely going to be holding an east coast qualifier for the SPPL. It is not set in stone just yet. The SPPL is asking for 10teams to pre-reg in order for them to do it. Last years East coast sppl qualifier didn't work out so well. So they are asking to have 10 team pre-reg 50% of thier fees in a certified check made out to the SPPL before they will go ahead with it. I think we already have 2 teams.

So here is the info for the game.

Date: Aug 7-9
Game Play 8-9
Camping on the 7th

Reg Fee: $500 per team (10 teams need to pre reg with a $250 certified check for them to hold the game here on the east coast)

Field Paint Only.
Will be provided by the SPPL
Price: About $55 a case

Team Size: 10 Man
20 teams max

I know some of us talked about it. Our problem is I don't think we can get 10 people set in stone to do it.

Well I think it's safe to say we've got atleast 3 of us that are totally in. Have to talk on our forum and see how many more we can get.

I'm down for it as long as its on a date I can make- I say we'd be safe if we can get the initial 10 man team + 5 alternates. UO Factory Team? Lol...

I'm gonna have to find a slower hopper in that case lol. Seems to me like OTP would be great for the SPPL format, diverse enough for interesting battles but not too small either.

Ya I def think otp has a great set up for this type of format. Let see if we can get a 10 man team going and hopefully a few guys to be alternates.

I may actually be able to field 10 guys from the Red Hawks but if that fails and we only have a couple guys interested I will talk with those interested and see if they would want to join the UO team.

Yeah, I'm still around Jeff! Trying to get my crap in order. I'd love to try and make it but, I wouldn't mind being an alternate.
