Hey Man,
I think most players on the field use the MOLLE system. I use one and its great!

Dpending on what vest you buy depends on how many pods you can hold. Bigger vests more pods. I use a plate carrier and I hold 6 m4 pouches on the front, and then i have admin pouch, frag pouch, and 2 utility pouches, hydrop and a UMP mag pouch for my swab (yes I know im a gear whore lol)

Most of the vest systmes that we have, has velcro at the top in between the molle webbing about 2 rows.

All of our vests are built to Mils spec standards so they will hold up.

MOLLE is the only way to go. After owning several SpecOps vests, I'll never get away from mil-spec MOLLE gear again... the attachment is far sturdier than any other system I've seen, and the quality is far superior most of the paintball specific gear. I'd really recommend full clip's stuff since it is milspec quality with a paintball emphasis. Plus UO's a dealer ;)
